The great thing about Chef’s Salads is just that, they’re made by the Chef so pretty much anything that you want to throw into them works. In my opinion they’re the catch-all of the salad world. A combo of meats, orange, avocado and olives come together atop a bed of greens and all that nestles in under a vinaigrette of oil, vinegar, lime and zesty spices

Instructions
 

  • Supreme an orange and set aside
  • Mix lettuce and onions
  • Julienne or dice the protein
  • Stir together oil, vinegar, citrus and spices ~ Pour over salad
  • Garnish with orange and avocado slices
