  • Preheat oven to 350Β°
  • Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt then set it aside
  • Mash the banana up in a bowl
  • Add sugar, brown sugar, butter, egg and vanilla stirring well after each addition
  • Slowly add dry ingredients, stirring well between additions
  • Fold in any optional ingredients
  • Pour into greased ramekin
  • Bake 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
