Omelet

With just 5 minutes (maybe a few more if you need to cut stuff up or shred cheese), a couple of eggs and a hot pan you can have a breakfast that is satisfying, delicious, nutritious and that will keep you going for a while. Stop skipping the most important meal of the day when it can be ready so quick.

  • Crack eggs into a bowl or mug and whisk them up
  • Heat pan on medium high, put butter in and let it melt
  • Add eggs
  • As the edges begin to look dry, push them a lil and tilt the pan so the wet egg can fall. Keep the egg moving.
  • When the egg is nearly done, add any meat, veggie down the center
  • Add the cheese
  • Flip one side over the goodies in the middle
  • Slide it out of the pan onto the plate, flipping the pan as you're doing it in order to fold the 2nd side over

If not confident for two sided fold

  • If you don't feel confident enough to fold one side over and using the pan to flip the 2nd side .....
  • Place meat & veggies on one half of the eggs
  • Add the cheese
  • Flip the other 1/2 over into a half-moon shape, slide onto plate
