A grilled chicken breast, a lil bit of a store bought salad kit and a spice rub work together to take this sandwich and your taste buds to new heights.
Grilled Chicken Salad
Store bought salad kits are an awesome way to try something new and different without having to break the bank buying all the various ingredients. Here I’m using about 1/2 a bag to make this salad to which I’m adding a grilled chicken fillet for a quick, easy light supper.
