Let’s be honest—some salads are just leafy guilt trips in a bowl. Not this one. My Autumn Deli Fusion Salad is a full-on flavor party where savory deli meats, sweet fall fruits, and a creamy curried mayo dressing come together like they were always meant to be besties.
This is the kind of salad you eat and actually feel satisfied—because between the turkey, ham, apples, grapes, and toasted almonds, you’ve got texture, protein, crunch, and a little sass in every bite. And let’s talk about that curried mayo dressing for a sec: mayo + soy sauce + curry powder might sound like a kitchen dare, but trust me, it’s creamy golden magic.
Whether you’re:
- Trying to make lunch a little less sad
- Using up leftover deli meat
- Or just craving a salad that isn’t boring
This recipe’s got you. It’s also perfect for meal prepping for one, fall-inspired lunches, or tossing together something fast that feels gourmet.
