toasted at 350 for 5-8 minutes

red apple
I like Fuji ~ sliced thin

lemon juice

diced

grapes

cup
mayonnaise

soy sauce

tsp
curry powder
salad greens
grape clusters for garnish

Instructions
Combine apple and lemon and stir to coat the apple well
Add turkey, ham & 1/2 of almonds
Stir in grapes
Blend mayo, soy and curry in a bowl, add to salad combo and stir well, chill 15 minutes
Add greens to a plate
Turn salad out onto greens
Garnish with remaining almonds and grape clusters if using
