  • Combine apple and lemon and stir to coat the apple well
  • Add turkey, ham & 1/2 of almonds
  • Stir in grapes
  • Blend mayo, soy and curry in a bowl, add to salad combo and stir well, chill 15 minutes
  • Add greens to a plate
  • Turn salad out onto greens
  • Garnish with remaining almonds and grape clusters if using
