Fry on medium-high for about 6 minutes until dark and crisp looking ~ remembering to turn over after the first 3 minutes --- This process can take a little longer depending on how large your pieces are
Carefully pull bacon from grease and drain between paper towels to soak up extra grease
Baking Method
Preheat oven to 400 F
Cover a cake pan with foil (easier cleanup) then parchment paper (non-stick)
Can use a sheet pan for this but be EXTRA EXTRA careful taking it from the oven, you don't want to hot bacon grease on yourself
Lay bacon out, not touching
Bake 10 minutes then check for dark & crispiness
Pull and place between paper towels so soak up extra grease
