or 5oz fresh broccoli steamed
sour cream
chopped salted peanuts
Get ingredients with
Instructions
Melt butter on medium heat, add onion and curry powder ~ cook until onion is limp
Add broth and broccoli, cook covered about 5 minutes, until everything is heated through
Add soup to a blender or food processor a little at a time until everything is smooth.
Serve hot or cold, top with a dollop of sour cream and a some peanuts
