Instructions
Bring broth to a boil
Add vermicelli, broken into small pieces, add to pot and cook 7-9 minutes until tender
In a bowl blend butter, cheese and egg
Gently beat in cream
Add some hot broth to bowl, stirring constantly to temper
Add mixture back to pot, stirring constantly until heated through
