frozen/thawed or fresh

or other white fish, deskinned, deboned, cut into 1" squares
salt & pepper to taste

Get ingredients with
Instructions
Heat oil in pot, add onion, celery & garlic ~ cook until onion is limp
Add tomatoes with their liquid, break them up with spoon
Add broth, spices and rice
Cover and simmer 15 minutes
Add beans and simmer covered for another 10 minutes
Add fish and let simmer 5 minutes until it readily flakes with a fork
Add salt & pepper to taste, top each serving with parmesan and parsley if wanted
