diced ~ this can be leftover or you can buy sliced from deli, if buying from deli I suggest asking for the supper cut

Instructions
Melt 1 Tbsp butter over medium heat
Add celery, onion and parsley cooking till limp
Stir in flour then add broth and cook till bubbling, stirring regularly
Add ham, bay & cabbage and other 1/2 Tbsp of butter
Cook until ham is heated through and cabbage is limp
Serve with a dollop of sour cream
